In vitro
PROTACs consist of two distinct ligands connected by a linker: one targeting an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other targeting the desired protein, thereby leveraging the ubiquitin-proteasome system for selective protein degradation[1]. ADCs are composed of an antibody with an attached cytotoxin via an ADC linker[2].
