DCZ3301 is a novel aryl-guanidino inhibitor.
In vitro
Jurkat and HUT78 cells was markedly inhibited by DCZ3301 treatment in a time- and dose- dependent manner, IC50 values for Jurkat and HUT78 cells were 3.02 μM and 9.42 μM, respectively, after DCZ3301 treatment for 48 h.
