In vitro | The results of this study showed that Rhododendron pseudochrysanthemum had the best antioxidant activity among the 10 native Rhododendron plants in Taiwan. In addition, nine specific phytochemicals were isolated based on the bioactivity-oriented separation principle. Respectively (2 r, 3 s) - catechin (1), (2 r, 3 r) - epicatechin (1 '), (2 r, 3 r) - dihydro arbutus pigment 3 - o - beta - l - Arab quinoa glycosides (2 '), (2 s, 3 s) - fir (3 - o - beta - l - Arab quinoa glycosides (2 '), (2 r, 3 r) - 3 - o - fir β-L-arabinoside (3 '), Myricetin 3-o-β-L-glucopyranoside (3 '), rutin (4), hypericin (5), quercetin (6), among which 2 and 3 were the main bioactive compounds. The concentrations in n-buoh fractions were 52.0 and 67.3 mg/g.[1] |
