Pepinh-TRIF TFA is a 30 aa peptide associated with the immune system that blocks TRIF signaling by interfering with TLR-TRIF interaction (TLR-TRIF interaction ).
In vitro
Pepinh-TRIF TFA (40 μM, 6 h) effectively blocked polyI: C or flagellin-stimulated IL-33 expression and production, and significantly inhibited stimulated IκB-α phosphorylation and its degradation in HCECs. [1] In addition, Pepinh-TRIF TFA blocked NF-κB activation by inhibiting the intranuclear translocation of p65 protein. [1]
