In vitro
PROTAC BRD4 Degrader-16 (compound 7f) (100 nM) significantly induced the degradation of both BRD4 L and BRD4 S in MV-4-11 cells after 4 hours, with BRD4 S levels returning to baseline by 24 hours, similar to dBET6 [1].
