PROTAC

PROTAC molecules consist of three different parts: a ligand that binds to the target protein, a ligand that binds to the E3 ligase, and a linker that connects the two ligands. Its mechanism of action is: PROTAC molecules bind to the target protein and then bring the target protein and the E3 ligase together, so that E3 can ubiquitinate the target protein, and the ubiquitinated target protein can be degraded through the proteasome pathway. The development of new drugs for ubiquitinated protein degradation marks the rise of an emerging field of small molecule drug research with broad application prospects. TargetMol can provide you with more than 1,000 PROTAC molecules to meet your needs.
