The estrogen-associated receptor (ERR) is the first orphan nuclear receptor to be discovered, and consists of three types: ERRα, ERRβ, and ERRγ. The biological function of estrogen-related receptors is mainly reflected in different ways to participate in estrogen signaling pathways, and estrogen-related receptors (ER) and estrogen-related receptors (ER) share common target genes in bone tissue and breast tissue. The expression of ERRα and ERRγ can also be used as diagnostic markers of breast cancer.
