Description
PROTAC CDK9 degrader-5 is a selective PROTAC that mediates degradation of CDK9 via the proteasome pathway. It efficiently degrades the CDK9 42 and CDK9 55 isoforms with DC50 values of 0.10 μM and 0.14 μM, respectively [1].
In vitro
PROTAC CDK9 degrader-5 (Compound 15e) at 1μM for a duration of 6 hours reduces the protein levels of MCL2 and competitively degrades CDK9 in MV411 cells [1]. Additionally, administration of PROTAC CDK9 degrader-5 at the same concentration demonstrates a time-dependent decrease in the protein levels of both MCL2 and CDK9, with sustained inhibition observed for up to 24 hours [1].
