In vitro
Y-29794 Tosylate could penetrate into brain to exhibit dose-dependent and long-lasting inhibition[2].
In vivo
Y-29794 Tosylate selectively and competitively inhibited rat brain PPCE in a reversible manner[2]. Y-29794 Tosylate was found to potentiate the effect of TRH on the release of ACh in the rat hippocampus[2].
