In vitro
(3R)-7,4’-Dihydrohomoisoflavanone exhibits cytotoxic effects on K-562, SMMC-7721, and SGC-7901 cell lines, demonstrating IC50 values of 15.6 μg/mL, 30.2 μg/mL, and 20.5 μg/mL, respectively[1].
