CaV1.3 antagonist-1 is a CAV1.3L calcium channel antagonist with an IC50 of 1.7 μM. CaV1.3 antagonist-1 (5μM) inhibited the CaV1.3 and CaV1.2 channel currents in HEK293 cells by 31.2% and 4.4%, respectively. [1]
