In vivo
Elezanumab (1-10 mg/kg; IV; weekly; 5 times) promotes axonal regeneration and prevents axonal regeneration in the female Lewis rat model of optic nerve crush and optic neuritis Retinal nerve fiber layer degeneration.[1]
Elezanumab (0.01, 0.1, 1, 10 mg/kg; IV; once weekly; 3 times) promotes axonal regeneration in a spine-targeted female Lewis rat model of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) and remyelination, reducing the area of inflammatory lesions and improving functional recovery.[1]
