In vivo | In mice injected with CdCl2, Norathiol (684, 1368, and 2736 mg/kg; intraperitoneal injection; administered at doses of 684, 1368, and 2736 mg/kg, three times daily) dose-dependently increased fecal cadmium excretion. At a dose of 2736 mg/kg, it caused nearly 30% of the administered cadmium to be excreted in the feces over a 3-day period[1]. |
