Pomalidomide-amino-PEG3-NH2 hydrochloride is an E3 ligase ligand-linker conjugate containing a pomalidomide-based cereblon ligand and a linker, which can be used to synthesize PROTACs.
In vitro
PROTACs consist of two distinct ligands linked by a linker: one ligand binds to the E3 ubiquitin ligase, and the other ligand binds to the target protein. PROTACs utilize the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to achieve selective degradation of the target protein. [2]
