Spiraeoside

🥰Excellent
Catalog No. TN2234Cas No. 20229-56-5
Alias Quercetin 4′-O-glucoside

Spiraeoside (Quercetin 4′-O-glucoside) is a compound that can be extracted from red onion skins. It exhibits antioxidant, anti-allergy, anti-inflammatory, and anti-tumor activities. It protects human myocardial cells from high glucose-induced damage, oxidative stress, and apoptosis by activating the PI3K/Akt/Nrf2 pathway. It also inhibits mast cell activation and IgE-mediated allergic reactions by suppressing phospholipase C-γ-mediated signaling.

Product Introduction

Bioactivity
Description
Spiraeoside (Quercetin 4′-O-glucoside) is a compound that can be extracted from red onion skins. It exhibits antioxidant, anti-allergy, anti-inflammatory, and anti-tumor activities. It protects human myocardial cells from high glucose-induced damage, oxidative stress, and apoptosis by activating the PI3K/Akt/Nrf2 pathway. It also inhibits mast cell activation and IgE-mediated allergic reactions by suppressing phospholipase C-γ-mediated signaling.
In vitro
Spiraeoside attenuated the high glucose (HG) -induced decline in cell viability and increased levels of the myocardial enzymes lactate dehydrogenase and aspartate aminotransferase in AC16 cells.
Spiraeoside protects AC16 cells from HG-induced oxidative stress, cell damage and apoptosis. The protective effect of Spiraeoside is regulated by the PI3K/Akt/Nrf2 signaling pathway. [1]
Spiraeoside inhibits IGE-mediated mast cell activation and anaphylaxis by inhibiting PLC-γ2/MAPK signaling in Lyn induced mast cells. [2]
In vivo
Spiraeoside (200 mg/kg orally) improved sperm count, motility and testicular morphology in rats. [3]

In Vivo Formulation Calculator (Clear solution)

Please enter your animal experiment information in the following box and click Calculate to obtain the mother liquor preparation method and in vivo formula preparation method:
TargetMol | Animal experimentsFor example, your dosage is 10 mg/kg Each animal weighs 20 g, and the dosage volume is 100 μL . TargetMol | Animal experiments A total of 10 animals were administered, and the formula you used is 5% TargetMol | reagent DMSO+30% PEG300+5% Tween 80+60% ddH2O. So your working solution concentration is 2 mg/mL。
Mother liquor preparation method: 2 mg of drug dissolved in 50 μL DMSOTargetMol | reagent (mother liquor concentration of 40 mg/mL), if you need to configure a concentration that exceeds the solubility of the product, please contact us first.
Preparation method for in vivo formula: Take 50 μL DMSOTargetMol | reagent main solution, add 300 μLPEG300TargetMol | reagent mix well and clarify, then add 50 more μL Tween 80, mix well and clarify, then add 600 more μLddH2OTargetMol | reagent mix well and clarify
