In vivo
In mice, TCS 2510 (at doses ranging from 0.1 to 10 mg/kg; P.o.) is able to cause a dose-dependent increase in plasma glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1) levels in fasted mice measured 15 minutes post-administration of the compound[1].
