Antiproliferative agent-16 (compound 18f) demonstrated cytotoxicity to DU145, LNCaP, MDA-MB231, MCF7, and PaCa2 cancer cells, with IC50 values of 115.1 μM, 51.63 μM, 300.8 μM, 6.94 μM, and 91.18 μM, respectively [1].
