In vitro
Acanthoside B has inhibitory effects on the allergic inflammation[1].
In vivo
Acanthoside B restores the cholinergic activity, decreases the endogenous antioxidant status, suppresses neuroinflammation, and activates the TrkB/CREB/BDNF pathway thereby attenuating Scopolamine inflicted AD-like amnesic traits in mice[2].
