The MIC90 values of BC-7013 against group A streptococci and group B streptococci were 0.03 µg/mL and 0.06 µg/mL, respectively; and the MIC50 value of BC-7013 against 303 strains of Staphylococcus aureus was 0.015 µg/mL [2].
