Benzcyclane (Benzcyclan) is an inhibitor of platelet aggregation and also a vasodilator that can be used in a variety of peripheral circulation disorders.
In vivo
Benzcyclane induces use-dependent inhibition of both normal and cevadine-modified Na channels[2]. Benzcyclane inhibits both platelet adhesiveness to glass or collagen and platelet aggregation induced by ADP, epinephrine, or collagen[1].
