Description
GCN2-IN-7 is an orally active, potent and selective inhibitor of the environmental sensing protein GCN2 with anti-tumor activity and can be used to study melanoma.
In vitro
600 nM GCN2-IN-7 alleviates myeloid-derived suppressive cells (MDSC)-related T cell suppression and restores T cell proliferation. [1]
In vivo
Twice daily oral gavage of 15 mg/kg GCN2-IN-7 for 17 days showed potent target binding activity at reasonable doses. Twice daily oral gavage of 50 mg/kg GCN2-IN-7 for 17 days inhibited tumor growth in an LL2 homozygous mouse tumor model. [1]
