In vivo
In male BALB/c mice aged 9-10 weeks, chronic administration of Luvadaxistat (0.001, 0.003, 0.01, 0.03, 0.1, 0.3, 1, 3 mg/kg; orally; once daily; for 14 days) dose-dependently improved social behavior in the social interaction test[1].
