In vitro | H9C2 cells were stimulated with 300 nM Ang II for 7 hours, with pre-treatment to the cells with NA, telmisartan, ginsenoside, roseoside (Roseoside), icariin E4 (IE4), or a combination of both components (Roseoside and IE4) 1 hour before Ang II stimulation. Pre-treatment with the combination of Roseoside and IE4 (1:1) decreased or increased the expression of all hypertensive-related molecules compared to each single component, revealing the synergistic effect of the two compounds[1]. |
