In vivo
Triflubazam (20 and 40 mg) shortened stage 3 about latency and reduced duration of awake (stage 0) activity and drowsy (stage 1) sleep.[1]
Triflubazam (20 mg) reduced the sleep percentage in stage 1 (P less than 0.05).[1]
Triflubazam (40 mg) was ingestion and has less wakefulness in the morning (P less than 0.05).[1]
