Zifaxaban (rat venous thrombosis model) strongly inhibits thrombosis with an ED50 value of 3.09 mg/kg, with optimal efficacy occurring 2 hours after administration.[1]
Zifaxaban inhibits thrombosis in a dose-dependent manner in rat arteriovenous shunt thrombosis and carotid artery thrombosis models.[1]
