In vitro
In a Sulforhodamine B (SRB) colorimetric assay, Ivangustin exhibits cytotoxicity against HeLa, PC-3, Hep-2, HepG2, CHO, and HUVEC cells with IC50 values of 3.2 μM, 4.5 μM, 3.3 μM, 5.2 μM, 6.4 μM, and 9.2 μM, respectively[1].
