In vivo
AT-121 hydrochloride (0.003-0.03 mg/kg; s.c.; Adult male and female rhesus monkeys) produced antinociceptive effects against an acute noxious stimulus, 50 °C water, in a dose-dependent. Having produces a potent antinociceptive effect.[1]
