Description
CHK1-IN-3 is an inhibitor of checkpoint kinase 1 (CHK1; IC50: 0.4 nM).
In vitro
CHK1-IN-3 displays a low affinity for hERG (IC50 > 40 µM). CHK1-IN-3 effectively inhibits the growth of malignant hematopathy cell lines especially Z-138 (IC50: 0.013 µM)[1].
In vivo
In the Z-138 cell inoculated xenograft model, CHK1-IN-3 significantly suppresses the tumor growth as a single agent with bodyweight unaffected[1].
