(S)-(+)-Dimethindene maleate (2 μM; 1 hour) partially reduces the developmental potential of mouse embryonic pluripotent stem (mEPS) cells in chimeric embryos, promoting the rapid differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSC) into hEPS cells[1].'
