In vitro
KAT8 inhibitory activity and selectivity of MC4171, yielding an IC50 value of 8.2 μM. [1]
Exposed each cell line for 72 h to increasing doses (10, 25, 50, 100 μM) of MC4171 and measured cell viability through the MTT-based colorimetric assay. [1]
HT29 IC50=54.0 ± 10.9 μM; HCT116 IC50=46.6 ± 11.5μM; H1299 IC50=41.6 ± 6.8 μM;
