In vitro
MMP-12 Inhibitor shows weaker activity against human MMP-3, MMP-13, and MMP-14 with IC50s of 351, 120, and 1100 nM[1].
In vivo
In mice, MMP-12 Inhibitor (5 mg/kg, p.o.) effectively alleviates rhMMP-12-induced pulmonary inflammatory response by more than 50%[1].
