PA452 is a selective antagonist of retinoic X receptor (RXR) and suppresses the effect of Retinoic acid on Th1/Th2 development.
In vitro
PA452 suppresses the Troglitazone (TZ)-induced CK13 expression. In normal human urothelial (NHU) cells, PA452 (0.01-1 μM) inhibits retinoic X receptor[2].
