1.Loaded Human FcγRIIIB / CD16b (NA1) recombinant protein on His1K Biosensor, can bind Bevacizumab (IgG1) with an affinity constant of 0.99 μM as determined in a BLI assay. 2.Loaded Rituximab (IgG1) on ProA Biosensor, can bind Human FcγRIIIB / CD16b (NA1) recombinant protein with an affinity constant of 0.16 μM as determined in a BLI assay. 3.Loaded Rituximab (IgG1) on ProA Biosensor, can bind Human FcγRIIIB / CD16b (NA1) recombinant protein with an affinity constant of 0.16 μM as determined in a BLI assay. 4.Captured IgG1 on protein A Chip can bind Human FcγRIIIB / CD16b (NA1) recombinant protein  with an affinity constant of 0.22 μM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore T200). 5. The purity of Human CD16B / FCGR3B Protein (His Tag, NA1 allotypes) is more than 95% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 27-39 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
