Description
(3R,4R)-A2-32-01 is the (R,R)-enantiomer of A2-32-01 and has potential antibacterial activity.
In vitro
(3R,4R)-A2-32-01 inhibits hemolysis with an ED50 of 15 nmol on blood agar plates. It exhibits EC50s of 50 μM and 75 μM in dropping metabolic activity of HaCat keratinocytes and NIH3T3 fibroblasts, respectively.
