Description
BBIQ is a powerful vaccine adjuvant that enhances innate immune responses and a potent and selectively toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7) agonist with an EC50 of  59.1 nM for human TLR7.
Targets&IC50
TLR7:59.1 nM (EC50)( Human TLR7)
In vitro
BBIQ induces IFN-α in human PBMCs (520 pg/mL at 5 µg/mL)[1].
In vivo
In an experimental study, mice that received only Chloroquine (CQ) for treatment showed signs of the parasite (P. berghei ANKA) by Day 17 and succumbed by Day 21. Conversely, those administered a combination of BBIQ and CQ did not exhibit any parasitic presence up to Day 23. Additionally, the combined treatment with BBIQ + CQ resulted in a reduction of T cell frequencies (CD3+, CD4+, and CD8+) and T regulatory cell frequencies (CD4+, CD25+, and FoxP3+) in the brain when compared to the effects of BBIQ or CQ alone on Day 10. This treatment also elevated the serum levels of IFN-γ and IL-12, indicating a strong Th1 immune response against the infection on the same day. The study suggests that the BBIQ + CQ combination therapy not only inhibits the infiltration of inflammatory T cells but also activates T helper and T cytotoxic cells to combat the parasite effectively.

In Vivo Formulation Calculator (Clear solution)

Please enter your animal experiment information in the following box and click Calculate to obtain the mother liquor preparation method and in vivo formula preparation method:
TargetMol | Animal experimentsFor example, your dosage is 10 mg/kg Each animal weighs 20 g, and the dosage volume is 100 μL . TargetMol | Animal experiments A total of 10 animals were administered, and the formula you used is 5% TargetMol | reagent DMSO+30% PEG300+5% Tween 80+60% ddH2O. So your working solution concentration is 2 mg/mL。
Mother liquor preparation method: 2 mg of drug dissolved in 50 μL DMSOTargetMol | reagent (mother liquor concentration of 40 mg/mL), if you need to configure a concentration that exceeds the solubility of the product, please contact us first.
Preparation method for in vivo formula: Take 50 μL DMSOTargetMol | reagent main solution, add 300 μLPEG300TargetMol | reagent mix well and clarify, then add 50 more μL Tween 80, mix well and clarify, then add 600 more μLddH2OTargetMol | reagent mix well and clarify
