In vivo
In BALB/c female mice, 6-8 weeks of age (OVA Lung Inflammation in Mice), BMS-688521 (1, 3, and 10 mg/kg; p.o.; BID for three days) exhibited significant inhibition of eosinophil accumulation at a dose of 1 mg/kg BID, with dose-dependent inhibition observed at 3 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg[1].
