In vitro | SJFα PROTAC (13-atom linker, amide attachment) selectively degrades p38α in MDA-MB-231 cells. SJFα degrades p38α with a DC50 = 7.16 nM and Dmax = 97.4%, but is far less effective at degrading p38δ (DC50 = 299 nM, Dmax = 18%) and does not degrade the other p38 isoforms (β and γ). [1] |
