In vitro | Lambertellin exhibits potent inhibition of nitric oxide (NO) production in RAW 264.7 macrophages stimulated by lipopolysaccharide (LPS), with an IC50 value of 3.19 µM. It significantly suppresses the expression of inducible NO synthase (iNOS) and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), and also reduces the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-6 and IL-1β. |
