Myricetin 3-O-galactoside

Catalog No. TN1962Cas No. 15648-86-9
Alias Myricetin 3-O-beta-D-galactopyranoside

Myricetin 3-O-galactoside (Myricetin 3-O-beta-D-galactopyranoside) can inhibit xanthine oxidase (xanthine oxidase; XO) activity, lipid peroxidation and scavenging free radicals. Myricetin 3-O-galactoside has many effects, including cytotoxicity, anti-oxidation, anti-genotoxicity, anti-infectivity, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities, and its main effect is to inhibit the synthesis of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS). The IC50 of Myricetin 3-O-galactoside inhibited lipid peroxidation was 160 μg/mL.

Targets&IC50
ACE:20.3 μM
In vitro
The anti-mutagenesis activity was evaluated by SOS color rendering test and Comet test. The IC50 values of myricetin 3-O-galactoside and myricetin 3-o-rhamnoside for lipid peroxidation were 160 μg /ml and 220 μg /ml, respectively. At the concentration of 100 μg /ml, the two compounds showed the strongest inhibitory effects on xanthine oxidase activity (57% and 59%, respectively). Myricetin 3-0-rhamnoside is a very effective free radical scavenger with an IC50 value of 1.4 MCG/ml. In addition, these two compounds showed inhibitory activity against mutagenesis induced by nifuran, aflatoxins B1 and H2O2[1].

Please enter your animal experiment information in the following box and click Calculate to obtain the mother liquor preparation method and in vivo formula preparation method:
TargetMol | Animal experimentsFor example, your dosage is 10 mg/kg Each animal weighs 20 g, and the dosage volume is 100 μL . TargetMol | Animal experiments A total of 10 animals were administered, and the formula you used is 5% TargetMol | reagent DMSO+30% PEG300+5% Tween 80+60% ddH2O. So your working solution concentration is 2 mg/mL。
Mother liquor preparation method: 2 mg of drug dissolved in 50 μL DMSOTargetMol | reagent (mother liquor concentration of 40 mg/mL), if you need to configure a concentration that exceeds the solubility of the product, please contact us first.
Preparation method for in vivo formula: Take 50 μL DMSOTargetMol | reagent main solution, add 300 μLPEG300TargetMol | reagent mix well and clarify, then add 50 more μL Tween 80, mix well and clarify, then add 600 more μLddH2OTargetMol | reagent mix well and clarify
