In vivo
Scopoletin (2 mg/kg, sc) reduces age-related deficits in object memory in 15-18 month old mice; Scopoletin (2 μg, icv) increases T-maze alternation and improves novel object recognition in scopolamine-induced cholinergic-deficient mice [1].
