In vitro
DHODH-IN-1 (4-100 nM) prevents the measles virus from replicating in cells. When transfecting cells with ssRNA molecules, DHODH-IN-1 (0.008-5 μM) can increase the expression of ISRE luciferase reporter gene. DHODH-IN-1 inhibits Jurkat cell proliferation with an IC50 value of 0.02 μM[1].
