Targets&IC50
LNCaPAR+ cells:0.2 μM
In vitro
SK33 has a significantly potent activity (IC50:0.2 μM) in LNCaPAR+ cells. SK33 decreases cells enter S-phase in LNCaP cells. In LNCaP/BicR cells, increasing concentrations of SK33 for 96 hours results in a dose-dependent response and an inhibition of cell growth(IC50 : 5 μM for SK33).
In vivo
AR transcriptional activity inhibited by SK33 after 50 mg/kg treatment for 24 hours.
