In vitro
In HepG2 cells, the AHR antagonist 7 (CAY10464; 100 nM) reduces CYP1A1 mRNA expression and counteracts the Benzo[a]pyrene-induced suppression of apolipoprotein A-I (apo A-I) gene expression [2].
