In vitro
DC07090 exhibits micromolar potency against the EV71 3C protease (0.01-10 μM) and demonstrates a high inhibitory effect on the replication of EV71 and CVA16 viruses, with EC50 values of 22.09 μM and 27.76 μM, respectively[1].
