JB062 (40 μM ; 24 h) inhibited cytoplasmic division in COS-7 cells.[1]
JB062 (COS-7 cells) exhibited cytotoxicity against human cancer cells but showed no cytotoxicity towards normal cells, with an IC50 value of 36 μM.[1]
