In vitro
WR99210 (0-100 nM; 92 h) showed significant inhibition of tachyzoites of T. gondii in tissue culture. [1]
WR99210 (0-100 nM; 92 h) shows low cytotoxicity to human foreskin fibroblasts. [1]
In vivo
In a mouse model, WR99210 (1.25 mg/kg; intraperitoneal injection; once daily for 5 consecutive days) exhibited a significant inhibitory effect on T. gondii tachyzoites. [1]
