In vitro
1-Stearoyl-2-arachidonoyl-sn-glycerol (0.3-3 μM) enhances non-selective cation channel (NSCC) activity in airway smooth muscle cells; 1-Stearoyl-2-arachidonoyl-sn-glycerol (0-5 μM) It has a significant stimulating effect on the activation of PKCα, PKCδ, PKCγ, PKCε and PKCβI [2].
