In vitro
A homogeneous fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) quenching assay was used to determine the inhibitory activity found that 6″-O-galloylsalidroside has potent inhibitory effects with an IC(50) value of 3.5 μM on HIV-2, and 1.7 μM on human RNase H, respectively.[1]
