In vitro
Anti influenza agent 4 (compound 5) (0-500 μM; 24 and 48 hours) showed low cytotoxicity in Madin-Darby canine kidney cells.[1]
In hemolytic inhibition assay anti influenza agent 4 showed an IC50 of 244 nM and 230.7 nM against influenza strains A/Roma and A/Parma, respectively.[1]
