In vivo
In diet-induced obese (DIO) mice, it was observed that BMS-823778 hydrochloride (10-100 mg/kg; oral, once) inhibited 11β-HSD-1, resulting in a decrease in plasma corticosterone concentration. The ED50 was 34 mg/kg[1].
